Warranty Policy
1.Warranty Coverage
Screen / LCD:
- Covers display issues that occur without physical damage, water damage, or manual interference, especially touch-related problems.
- Does not cover lines, spots, blank screens, cracks, or any physical damage caused by mishandling.
Battery:
- Warranty applies if the battery is swollen or provides significantly reduced backup compared to normal usage.
Other Parts (Speakers, Microphone, Charging Port, Buttons, etc.):
- Covers parts that fail to function properly without physical or water damage.
- Parts must not be tampered with or manually altered after repair.
2. How to Claim Warranty
To claim your warranty, email us at contact@tharamobiles.com with the following details:
- Your invoice or proof of service.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- For screen-related issues, include a short video showing the problem.
3. Resolution Time
- We aim to resolve warranty requests within 48–72 hours of receiving your claim.
- Our team will contact you via call or email to provide a solution.
- Note: Issues unrelated to the parts we replaced are not covered under warranty.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable under our warranty policy.
- Instead, we will repair or replace the defective part as per the terms of this warranty.
